The role
As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist, join our Global AI & Data Strategy Consulting team, specialized in Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E), you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. - Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstratable AI & Data experience - including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
- High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Engineering problem-solver mindset - ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
- Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
- Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients
- Modern AI capabilities:
- Understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience or exposure to LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search and AI-powered applications.
- Ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value and feasibility.
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI and enterprise adoption considerations.
- Experience designing, developing or supporting AI solutions from experimentation to production.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus.
