What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and development of industrial installations.
Knowledge of mechanical installations (HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, piping networks, fire protection).
Knowledge of electrical installations (LV, MV, lighting, power, grounding).
Knowledge of hydraulic and sanitary installations.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with civil engineering, processes, structures, and instrumentation.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
English level B2 or higher.

We are looking for an MEP Engineer to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

What you'll do

As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing installation projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the highest quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

Design and sizing of installations: Perform the calculation and sizing of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) equipment and systems for various types of projects.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all designs and technical specifications comply with applicable national and international regulations, including sector-specific regulations and standards such as ISO 19650.
Project coordination: Collaborate closely with other departments (architecture, structure, etc.) and with suppliers and contractors to guarantee the correct integration and execution of MEP installations.
Preparation of technical documentation: Create and review technical reports, plans, specifications, budgets, and detailed schedules for each project.
Load and consumption calculation: Carry out the calculation of thermal, electrical, and plumbing loads, as well as the optimal sizing of the equipment necessary to meet demands.
