Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar, with a specialty or interest in installations.
Experience in the development of installation projects.
Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Knowledge of design and calculation of installations with tools such as CYPE and DIALUX.
Knowledge of budgeting software such as PRESTO or similar.

What you'll do

Drafting of technical electromechanical installation projects (technical reports, preliminary projects, basic and executive projects), collaborating in the preparation of reports, specifications, and other technical documentation.
Calculations, modeling, and preparation of budgets for electromechanical installations.
Monitoring and reviewing projects and assisting in the preparation of final documentation.
Maintain and update internal databases.
Coordinate with different teams and external collaborators.

We are looking for an MEP Project Engineer/Ingeniero/a de Instalaciones, with technical and regulatory knowledge applied to housing projects, and the ability to work in a BIM environment, to join our team.
