Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of experience in process analysis, Business Analysis, PMO, continuous improvement, or transformation.
Experience analyzing and improving processes related to project management.
Knowledge of AS-IS mapping, TO-BE design, process maps, and RACI matrices.
Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, Lucidchart, or equivalents.
Practical knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to each situation.
Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops, synthesize information, and produce clear documentation.
English that allows you to participate in meetings and present conclusions and proposals.

Nice to have

We will value experience in industrial, engineering, or multi-project environments, knowledge of BPMN, Lean, automation, and project management tools, as well as related certifications.

At BETWEEN, we are looking for a Project Processes and Methodology Consultant to join our team and participate in a space and defense sector project in Madrid. Your mission will be to analyze how projects are managed and how the involved areas interact, identify improvement opportunities, and propose simpler and more consistent ways of working. You will work with different project typologies to define a common methodological base and the adaptations required by each context.

What you'll do

Conduct interviews and working sessions with project managers and participating areas.
Analyze and document current processes for planning, monitoring, economic control, risks, changes, reporting, and closing.
Develop process maps, responsibility matrices, and functional documentation.
Detect duplications, manual tasks, bottlenecks, and unclear responsibilities.
Design future processes and proposals for simplification and standardization.
Identify automation opportunities and define a prioritized improvement plan.
Collaborate in the implementation of procedures and methodologies adapted to the needs of the teams.

How you'll work

Hybrid modality, with weekly attendance.
Expected start date in January 2027.
