Junior IT Engineer – On-site in Fuenlabrada

We are looking for a Junior MES Support Specialist to provide support for factory applications that manage production operations (data capture, manufacturing declarations, labeling, etc.). This role is ideal if you enjoy analyzing incidents, investigating, testing solutions, and improving processes, while working closely with the business and the industrial environment.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Provide support to end users for applications implemented in the factory, ensuring operational continuity.
• Analyze incidents, search for solutions, and propose improvements.
• Test and validate improvements before they are deployed.
• Collaborate on the integration and maintenance of MES systems with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Document procedures, solutions, and the knowledge base.
• Participate in the implementation/configuration of MES modules.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance within the scope of the application.

• Internship or experience (even brief) in an industrial environment or application support.
• Knowledge/interest in MES, manufacturing processes, and plant environments.

• Permanent contract
• Salary of €22,000 gross per year.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fluent English (C1).

Buscamos un/a Especialista en Soporte MES Junior para dar soporte a las aplicaciones de fábrica que soportan la operativa de producción (captura de datos, declaraciones de fabricación, etiquetado, etc.). • Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con Sistemas MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Soporte a usuarios finales en aplicaciones implementadas en fábrica, asegurando la continuidad operativa.
• Análisis de incidencias, búsqueda de soluciones y propuesta de mejoras.
• Pruebas (tests) y validación de mejoras implementadas antes de su despliegue.
• Colaboración en la integración y mantenimiento de sistemas MES con ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) industrial.
• Documentación de procedimientos, soluciones y base de conocimiento.
• Participación en implementación/configuración de módulos MES.
• Monitorización del rendimiento del sistema e identificación de oportunidades de mejora.
• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo dentro del ámbito de la aplicación.

• Prácticas o experiencia (aunque sea corta) en entorno industrial o soporte de aplicaciones.
• Conocimiento/curiosidad por MES, procesos de fabricación, entornos de planta.

• Contrato indefinido

• Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Computación o similar.
• Inglés fluido (C1).
• Perfil proactivo y resolutivo, con ganas reales de aprender.
• Permiso de conducir.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial en Fuenlabrada.
