Education: Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar.
Specific knowledge: related to financial administration and personnel management.
IT: Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point...).
Languages: Intermediate English (B1).
It is essential to hold a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33%.

The role

At SATI, a Binter System company, we want to hire a person to perform the role of Production Administrator in our Hangar offices, at Tenerife North Airport.

If you are an organized, decisive person and you like working in a team, we are waiting for you!

Your mission will be to carry out the administrative processes of the Production area, acting as a link between this area and the rest of the organization's departments.

What you'll do

If you join our crew, your duties will be the following:

Manage staff registrations and terminations, the delivery of uniforms, PPE, and airport visitor accreditations or passes.
Control correspondence between scheduled shifts, staff attendance, and actual working time.
Digitize, archive, and control the general documentation of the area and provide support in the preparation of audits.
Provide administrative support to the engineering team in the preparation, issuance, and control of documentation and discrepancies.
Provide support to the administration, technical office, and compliance areas (supplier and invoice management, technical records, staff evaluations, and travel).
