The role

Maximize the availability and dispatchability of the fleet in real time from the MCC environment, leading advanced diagnostics (troubleshooting) of complex failures and the mitigation of recurring faults. Act as the key technical liaison with manufacturers (OEM) and production to resolve incidents quickly, ensuring that aircraft continue to fly under the highest standards of safety and reliability.
