They will manage the planning of aeronautical maintenance work in the short, medium, and long term, collaborating with different areas to ensure the correct execution of scheduled tasks, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Planning of work in the short term (1 month), medium term (2,3 months), or long term (from 4 to 12 months), considering compliance dates, necessary resources, aircraft availability, materials, man-hours, hangar availability, etc.
- Checking the maintenance work forecast to detect possible incidents with planned tasks.
- Checking the routing (flight schedule) to ensure aircraft availability.
- Monitoring of scheduled work.
- Rescheduling of tasks due to operational changes, fleet changes, delays, modifications in the maintenance program, or spare parts supply issues.
- Requesting task extensions from the different CAMOs when necessary.
- Constant communication with other areas of the System to coordinate new tasks, modifications, or major repairs.
- Management with suppliers for the acquisition of HH (resources) and services.
- Collaboration in the implementation of continuous improvement criteria in the organization's processes.
