Indispensable requirements:
Consolidated experience in Full-Stack development and the evolution of web applications in production, with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Frontend: React 18 or higher and TypeScript in SPA applications of certain complexity, including multi-step forms, validations, and state management.
Components and forms: experience with Material UI v4, Formik, Overmind, or equivalent tools.
Backend: Node.js and TypeScript with Express or Fastify, along with experience in ORM, preferably Sequelize or equivalent.
Data and integrations: experience with relational databases, SQL queries, APIs, Web Services, and integrations with external systems.
Technical operation: experience with Docker, Nginx, PM2, or equivalent tools, Git, and platforms such as GitLab.
Observability and diagnosis: ability to investigate production incidents using Sentry, structured logs with Pino or equivalent solutions, alerts, and metrics.
Evolution of consolidated platforms: ability to work in complex production environments, balancing functional improvements, reliability, progressive modernization, and technical sustainability.

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in Full-Stack development to drive the functional and technical evolution of the digital contracting channel for one of our clients. The objective will be to reinforce its reliability, progressively improve its capabilities, and ensure service continuity during the coexistence with the new solution being developed.
In this role, you will have direct responsibility for the evolution of a digital platform in production: you will analyze its behavior, implement functional and technical improvements, and respond to needs associated with commercial campaigns and specific deployments. You will also collaborate with the business and external teams to optimize integrations, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the traceability of technical decisions.

We are looking for a senior person, with technical judgment and a product vision, capable of assuming autonomy over the platform, driving its continuous improvement, and actively contributing to the reliability and evolution of the service.

Main responsibilities:
Proactively monitor application behavior, reviewing logs, alerts, and metrics to detect possible problems before they affect the service.
Initiate incident diagnosis, gather evidence, identify the necessary interlocutors, and coordinate parallel analysis until resolution.
Implement functional and technical improvements for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, considering activity peaks derived from commercial campaigns and specific deployments.
Analyze and optimize APIs and external integrations, resolving possible incidents in coordination with the involved teams.
Evaluate proposed solutions, identify risks or technical debt, and propose pragmatic alternatives when necessary.
Identify opportunities for incremental modernization, technical simplification, and debt reduction, prioritizing initiatives with real impact on the reliability and evolution of the platform.
Translate technical problems into language understandable to the business, maintaining clear communication and adequate traceability of actions.
Consolidate technical documentation and build reusable knowledge about the platform, its components, and its dependencies.
