What we're looking for
- Experience in maintenance (part replacement, upgrades, etc.) of Lenovo laptops.
- Experience in maintaining video conferencing systems for meeting rooms.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining mobile devices (Android, iOS).
- Windows 10, 11.
- Experience in installation (unattended installations, creating and modifying OS images),
- Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Switching, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches.
- Wireless, maintenance of Wi-Fi networks.
- Knowledge of network services DHCP, DNS.
- Application support
- Knowledge and maintenance of Office 365 and collaboration applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Resourceful, with a high capacity for organization, analytical and methodical.
- Advanced knowledge in: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent level of English. Minimum B2.
- Proactive, dynamic, and organized.
Nice to have
- Technical training in IT, telecommunications, or similar.
- Experience in corporate environments with a high volume of users.
- Ability to document procedures and generate technical reports.

The role
We are looking for a person with an IT-HelpDesk profile to manage user incidents (in the office or remotely), resolving level 1 and 2 issues.
What you'll do
Ability to use ticketing tools to manage incidents, service requests, and track all tickets.
Ability to monitor the systems and services that are vital to the company.
Good use of Excel for data collection, analysis, and KPI reporting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory for user and group management.
