What we're looking for

Experience: 1-2 years in consulting

Professional experience of between 1 and 2 years, preferably in business consulting or position with similar functions, including project management.
General knowledge of the Life Sciences sector.
University education and a high level of Spanish and English. Other languages are an asset.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate and interact with high-level clients.
Proactivity and concern for continuous improvement.

The role

We are a growing international consulting firm that supports multinational companies in the Life Sciences sector in the identification of opportunities, the design of access and commercial strategy and in the transformation of the model that best supports strategy and value creation. From our team in Spain, you will work for the main companies in the sector, both nationally and on international projects in Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

The Life Sciences team collaborates with clients on analysis for decision-making and solution design across the business and access value chain to maximize product penetration and create greater business impact. This includes (but is not limited to) opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, business excellence, organizational transformation, and sustainability, all supported by market intelligence and data strategy.

We are looking to incorporate a Consultant within the Life Sciences team who meets the following requirements and who wants to continue their professional development in the world of consulting, in a collaborative environment and with a career plan with possibilities for rapid growth.

Portfolio management
Commercial strategy and Launch excellence

What you'll do

Among the functions you will perform:

Competitive analysis (benchmark)
Search, analysis and synthesis of information.
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Preparation of project deliverables, as well as documentation required for the development of projects.
