Microsoft Copilot Adoption & Solutions Consultant

Essential requirements:
Experience in technology adoption projects, digital transformation, change management, modern workplace, functional consulting, or related fields.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its application in tools such as Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat to resolve productivity needs, information retrieval, analysis, ideation, and content generation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent tools for the creation of agents and conversational solutions.
Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and convert them into concrete, viable, and measurable use cases.
Experience organizing adoption initiatives that integrate communication, training, support, experimentation, and follow-up.
Ability to prepare and deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and practical sessions for audiences with different knowledge levels.
Experience creating adoption materials, user guides, case studies, demonstrations, prompt libraries, and self-learning resources.
Knowledge of adoption methodologies, change management, design thinking, agile, or human-centered design.
Ability to design and configure agents through instructions, knowledge sources, topics, actions, and flows.
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
Ability to work autonomously, organize activities, and maintain direct communication with clients, business areas, and technology teams.
Oral and written communication skills to explain technological concepts in a clear, practical manner adapted to different audiences.

Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and environment management within Power Platform.
Official certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or change management.

We are looking for a person with experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to accompany our clients in the effective adoption of generative Artificial Intelligence and in the creation of agents and solutions that transform their way of working.
The position will combine consulting, design, and execution of adoption programs, user training, identification and prioritization of use cases, and the construction of solutions with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft ecosystem.
In this role, you will work directly with business, technology, security, and change management areas to understand their needs, convert them into concrete initiatives, and accompany users throughout the entire process, from identifying opportunities to the adoption and evolution of the implemented solutions.

Facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation sessions to convert business challenges into viable use cases.
Define adoption journeys that integrate communication, training, support, experimentation, and follow-up.
Design and deliver executive sessions, functional training, practical workshops, prompt-a-thons, and training activities.
Create adoption materials, usage guides, prompt libraries, demonstrations, self-learning resources, and content for internal communities.
Design and energize communities of champions, early adopters, and advanced users.
Organize pilots and controlled tests, collect feedback, and transform learnings into improvements for the adoption program.
Define usage, satisfaction, maturity, and value indicators to allow for the evaluation of the evolution of initiatives.
Accompany users in incorporating Copilot into their daily activities, helping them develop new ways of working.
Evaluate when a need can be resolved through prompting, standard functionalities, an agent, an automation, or a higher-complexity solution.
Design, configure, test, and publish agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure instructions, knowledge sources, variables, topics, actions, flows, and conversational experiences.
Integrate agents with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and external systems when the use case requires it.
Evaluate the quality of responses, user experience, traceability, and agent behavior.
Document developed solutions, their knowledge sources, integrations, dependencies, and operating criteria.
Participate in the definition of governance models, prioritization criteria, and lifecycles for use cases, agents, and Artificial Intelligence-based solutions.
Promote safe and responsible use of Copilot, helping users understand its possibilities, limitations, and responsibilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in business, change management, data, security, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
