MISSION
We are looking for an intern with a technical profile and an affinity for the real estate sector to support the team in the loading, maintenance and updating of real estate assets in our corporate CRM.

What you'll do
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register and update real estate assets in the CRM (offices, managed buildings, operations, owners, etc.).
- Verify the integrity and consistency of loaded data.
- Perform bulk imports from Excel or other sources.
- Collaborate on automating processes and information flows in the CRM.
- Support the cleaning and structuring of asset databases.
- Prepare listings, reports, and data cross-references when necessary.
- Maintain coordination with Asset Management and IT teams to ensure data quality.
