The role

We are a growing international consultancy that supports companies in the Insurance sector in developing their strategy and transforming their operations. From the Insurance Business Consulting team, we respond to the needs of insurance entities, bancassurance and other players in the sector, with a focus on delivering value and making results tangible, mainly in the Iberian market, but with opportunities to work on international projects in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

What you'll do

What will your challenge be?

As a new consultant within the Insurance Business team, your role will involve ongoing collaboration with clients. You will help address the needs of insurance companies, bancassurance entities, and other industry players, focusing on delivering value and tangible results.

Growth & value
- Profitability analysis and identification of improvement levers
- Identification of new revenue generation vectors
- Assessment of alternatives to improve cost efficiency
Strategy
- Design and support of strategic planning cycles
- Advisory on value proposition evolution and ESG vision for products and customers
- Advisory on entering new businesses and defining go-to-market strategies
Transformation
- Review of operating models and process improvement
- Improvement of efficiency and costs in claims
- Data analytics and models
Transactions
- Advisory and prospecting of alliances and partnerships
- Due diligence and Pre-deal, Post-deal and operationalization of transactions
- Deployment and support for integration offices
Benchmarking
- Analysis of positioning in pricing and product
- Analysis of sizing and efficiency
- Studies with clients on productivity, distribution networks, and other custom topics
