Management Control Analyst

Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in accounting, management control, or controlling departments.
Solid knowledge of analytical accounting and cost control.
Advanced level of office automation, especially Excel and Power BI.
Intermediate level of English.
Analytical and organizational capacity and orientation towards problem-solving.
Communication skills and ease in working transversally with production teams and commercial areas.
Ability to work in a team and orientation towards results.

University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE).

Job Description

Do you want to be part of a strategic project within the Management Control area and have a direct impact on decision-making in an industrial environment? We are looking for a person with a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), experience in management control, and knowledge of costs to join our team.
The selected person will support the economic and operational management of the production lines, working closely with different departments and reporting directly to the area manager.

What will your functions be?
- You will be part of the Management Control team, participating in the analysis and monitoring of the main business indicators. Among your responsibilities will stand out:
- Preparing the necessary documentation for the department's weekly meetings and joint meetings with the Prepared Products area.
- Performing the monitoring and control of inventory, managing entries, exits, stock levels, and their correct accounting valuation.
- Preparing and updating weekly dashboards based on the information available in Power BI.
- Analyzing key indicators such as sales volumes, cash flow, deviations from objectives, and competitiveness indices.
- Updating and reviewing product cost sheets and verifying standard prices.
- Collaborating in the fulfillment of the administrative and accounting calendar, both weekly and monthly.
- Actively participating in the monthly closing of the profit and loss account.
- Identifying digitalization opportunities and proposing improvements in administrative processes to increase efficiency, data reliability, and cost optimization.
