Financial Controller

Education: Degree or Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or similar.

Experience: Between 2 and 3 years performing management control or financial audit functions.

Tools: Advanced mastery of Excel and experience in handling ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar).

Languages: English level is valued.

Competencies: Analytical capacity, rigor, attention to detail, initiative, and good communication skills.

Budget control and analysis: Preparation of the annual budget, monitoring of deviations, and proposal of corrective measures.

Financial reporting: Preparation of periodic management reports and dashboards for management.

Cost and profitability analysis: Control of operating costs, analysis of margins, and profitability by business line or project.

Accounting and tax supervision: Collaboration with the accounting area to ensure the correct monthly/annual closing and compliance with tax obligations.

Process optimization: Identification and implementation of improvements in the information systems and procedures of the finance department.
