Management Control Technician

We are looking for a person with a marked analytical capacity, results orientation and ability to work in a team, who will collaborate closely with the Economic-Financial team to ensure the correct development of management control systems, providing key information for decision-making.

• Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics or equivalent.

• Minimum experience of at least 2 years in similar positions.

• Knowledge of financial accounting and analytics, investment analysis (NPV and IRR), BSC and General Accounting Plan.

• Proficiency in tools such as Axapta, SAP and advanced Excel.

• Postgraduate or master's degree training in Management Control, Budgetary Control or related areas will be valued.

• Provide support for the monitoring of the Strategic Plan, performing investment analysis, monitoring project margins, and periodic updating of indicators.

• Supervise the analytical and financial accounting of the different businesses, participating in the preparation of provisional accounts, budgets, and monthly accounting closings.

• Prepare and keep updated reports, indicators, and management documentation for the Management and the Board of Directors, including the monitoring of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

• Analyze the key processes of the area and drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing procedures and managing the administrative tasks associated with the economic-financial department.
