Intern - Quality Department (ME/QMM-C2-RBEM)

• Monitoring and reporting customer complaints in SAP

• Updating customer documentation in the VitAA portal

• Monitoring open actions from 8D reports

• Updating projects and improving visual inspection stations 

• Statistical recording, monitoring, and conducting visual inspections

• Reporting NTF failures   

• Support in creating first-sample reports for customers

• Conducting analyses, tests, and measurements

• Support with quality measurement tools in production

• Support in preparing the line and production area for customer audits

• High level of English. German is a plus.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and macros. SAP is a plus.

• Currently pursuing technical studies (engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics...)

• Responsible and motivated

• Full-time (40-hour contract)

• Start date: 17.02.2025
• Duration: 6 months, full-time
• Remuneration: €800 gross per month

• Seguimiento y reporting de reclamaciones de cliente en SAP

• Actualización de la documentación de clientes en el portal VitAA

• Seguimiento de medidas abiertas de informes 8D

• Actualización de proyectos y mejora de los puestos de control visual 

• Registro estadístico, seguimiento y realización de inspecciones visuales

• Reporting de fallos NTF   

• Soporte en la creación de informe de primeras muestras para cliente

• Realización de análisis, ensayos y mediciones

• Soporte con medios de medición de calidad en producción

• Soporte en la preparación de línea y área de producción para auditorías de cliente

• Nivel alto de inglés. Se valorará alemán.

• Buenos conocimientos de MS Excel, macros. Se valorará SAP.

• Cursando estudios técnicos (ingeniería, física, química, matemáticas...)

• Responsable y con ganas de trabajar

• Jornada completa (contrato 40 horas)

• Duración: 6 meses con jornada completa
• Remuneración: 800 € brutos al mes
