Internship in Continuous Improvement and Operations (MOE)

Manufacturing Operations and Engineering (MOE):

·            Support in shop floor management (order management, invoices, calculation of indicators, administrative tasks, etc.)

·            Administrative and operational activities required for machine assembly (order preparation, panel preparation, etc.)

·            Kanban material requests (Bosch Production System), SAP/R3 system handling

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP/R3
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Kanban systems (experience with the Bosch Production System will be valued) ·
• Experience in inventory management or materials planning
• Experience in manufacturing or workshop environments 
• Communication skills and teamwork

• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 6 hours (8:00 - 14:00 or 9:00 - 15:00)
• Compensation: €600 gross per month

• University degree in Economics, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain Management, or a related field ·
• Currently enrolled in a university program
• Spanish and intermediate - advanced English level
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ·
• Familiarity with manufacturing or operations environments

Manufacturing Operations and Engineering (MOE):

·            Apoyo en la gestión del taller (gestión de pedidos, facturas, cálculo de indicadores, labores administrativas etc.)

·            Actividades administrativas y operativas necesarias para el montaje de las máquinas (preparaciones de pedidos, preparación de paneles, etc.)

·            Peticiones de material Kanban (Bosch Production System), manejo sistema SAP/R3

Se valorará:

• Experiencia con sistemas ERP, en particular SAP/R3
• Conocimientos de los principios de la fabricación ajustada (Lean Manufacturing) o de los sistemas Kanban (se valorará la experiencia con el Sistema de Producción de Bosch) ·
• Experiencia en gestión de inventarios o planificación de materiales
• Experiencia en entornos de fabricación o talleres 
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo

• Duración: 6 meses
• Jornada: 6 horas (8:00 - 14:00h o de 9:00 a 15:00 h.)
• Remuneración: 600 € brutos al mes
