What we're looking for

Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling front-end loaders, agricultural machinery, or grain storage equipment.
Availability to work extended shifts and shift work during agricultural campaigns and peak harvest and reception periods.
Ability to work regularly outdoors and in industrial facilities, with exposure to dust, noise, and variable weather conditions.
Ability to frequently climb on and off machinery.
Safe handling of front-end loaders, agricultural machinery, and other mobile equipment.
Performance of basic operational checks and identification of mechanical or process anomalies.
Basic knowledge of grain reception, storage, preservation, mixing, drying, and dispatch.
First-level preventive maintenance: greasing, cleaning, and checking fluid levels and tires.
Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, food safety, environment, and internal vehicle circulation regulations.
Valid Category B driver's license.

Nice to have

We value Vocational Training related to agriculture, the agri-food industry, or maintenance.
We value experience in grain dryers, agricultural cooperatives, or agri-food logistics centers.

The role

Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment for the reception, movement, loading, unloading, and storage of grain, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of drying, preservation, and dispatch processes, in accordance with the company's quality, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental standards.

What you'll do

Operate the front-end loader and other mobile equipment for the transfer of grain and raw materials.
Load and unload trucks and agricultural trailers.
Safely feed reception hoppers and drying systems.
Transfer product between warehouses, silos, and storage buildings.
Support grain reception by verifying quantities and the apparent condition of the product.
Perform grain mixing and movements according to instructions received.
Monitor stored product to detect variations in moisture, temperature, contamination, or deterioration.
Collaborate in the preparation and loading of shipments.
Feed the dryer with the received product.
Visually monitor the operation of the drying equipment.
Control filling levels and product flow.
Detect blockages or operational incidents.
Immediately inform the Silo Supervisor of any detected anomaly.
Perform daily equipment inspections and first-level preventive maintenance tasks, including greasing, cleaning, and checking fluids and tires.
Keep work areas, yards, hoppers, pits, warehouses, and operational zones clean.
Collaborate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns.
Comply with occupational safety and food safety regulations.
Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Report risks, breakdowns, and incidents.
Comply with internal vehicle and machinery circulation procedures.
Protect product quality and the correct condition of the equipment.
Keep work areas orderly and safe.
