The role

⚽ Internship in Global Communication Administration

From the Global Communication Department, we are looking to bring on an Administration intern who wants to take their first professional steps in a leading organization in the sports and entertainment industry.

You will have the opportunity to see from the inside how a strategic area operates, collaborate with different teams, and develop your skills in administrative, economic, and operational management.

What you'll do

🎯 What will your responsibilities be?

Support the administrative and operational management of the Global Communication Department.
Manage and monitor orders, invoices, contracts, and suppliers using SAP and ARIBA.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other corporate areas to streamline internal processes.
Provide support in travel requests and the monitoring of their invoicing.
Participate in the logistical coordination of meetings, rooms, courier services, and other services.
Contribute to the organization of information and the improvement of processes through digital tools.
