We are looking for a new colleague to join our Accounting team as an Accountant.

What you'll do

  • Review and recording of rent invoices and related expenses (community fees, property tax, terrace fees, waste collection fees, utilities, etc.)
  • Preparation of provisions for rent, property tax, and terrace fees.
  • Support in closing the accounts for rent and related expenses.
  • Re-invoicing of rent to third parties.
  • Accounts receivable follow-up (collection of unpaid rent invoices)
  • Updating information files on rent.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Vocational training (FP) or higher degree in Administration, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Previous experience in similar positions of at least 6 months to 1 year.
