The role

At Caetano, the largest group of official dealerships in the Iberian Peninsula, we continue to grow. We are looking for a Vehicle Painter to join our bodywork section in one of our flagship centers.

What you'll do

Prepare and condition surfaces through sanding, filling, cleaning, and masking processes of the bodywork.
Repair small bodywork defects, such as scratches, light dents, and rust treatments.
Mix, prepare, and apply paints, bases, and varnishes following technical specifications and brand standards.
Perform painting and finishing work, guaranteeing the quality and uniformity of the final result.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of their workstation, as well as keep the utensils and tools used in good condition.
Apply the quality policies and procedures established by the brand.
Guarantee maximum customer satisfaction through professional and high-quality work.

What are we looking for in you?

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive Painter.
Knowledge in surface preparation, repair of small defects, and application of paint and varnishes.
Ability to perform work with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Proactive, committed person with a desire to continue developing professionally.
Positive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.
