Requirements

What we're looking for

Required training: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related areas.
Technical knowledge and handling of electrical systems in Automotive.
A good level of English (B2-C1) is essential.
Valid driving license (B).

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

Provide technical assistance to the aftersales points of the dealership network, both remotely and in person at the workshops.
Perform diagnostics in collaboration with the brands, especially in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technical documentation.
Analyze incidents involving electric and hybrid vehicles, investigating root causes, proposing solutions, and verifying their correct application at the dealerships.
Resolve complex breakdowns through technical visits, supporting workshop teams and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Ensure the correct execution of warranty processes, service campaigns, and manufacturer technical procedures.
Prepare technical reports, analyze recurring incidents, and participate in the continuous improvement of aftersales processes, occasionally collaborating in training actions.
