What we're looking for

Minimum education: Intermediate/Advanced Vocational Training or equivalent in Commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar.
Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience. Experience in consultative selling, cross-selling, and up-selling will be valued.

- Customer service (identifying needs, explaining the product/service and its added value, explaining promotions and offers, conducting demonstrations, providing usage advice, resolving queries,...)
- Identifying needs within the dealership and online
- Selling vehicles and automotive services
- Conducting test drives
- Preparation and delivery
- Managing the customer database and recording commercial activities in the CRM.
- Customer loyalty (ongoing follow-up and quality of service)
- Managing incidents
- Informing/processing financing and insurance
- Meeting and monitoring KPIs (monthly targets)
- Dealing with suppliers
- Analyzing results and drawing conclusions
- Cross-departmental communication with other areas of the Group
