What we're looking for

Required education: Higher Level Training Cycle or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Telemarketing, or similar fields.
Demonstrable prior experience of at least 1 year performing the duties of the position.
Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and database management.
Communication skills: active listening, empathy, clarity, and the ability to manage complex situations.
English level B2 or higher.

At Caetano, the largest group of official dealerships on the Iberian Peninsula, we are still growing. We are looking for a Lead Manager to receive, filter, and quickly distribute digital inquiries from customers interested in our vehicles.

If you are a fast, organized person with digital sales skills and a focus on the sales pipeline... this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Manage information requests (leads) with top priority, promptly qualifying the potential customer's needs.
Convert leads into showroom visits.
Report all actions (calls, movements, leads, etc.) in the CRM.
Provide support to the sales advisors.
Drive special sales campaigns.
Uphold the standards set by the brand.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare statistics and return-on-investment analyses for leads.
