What we're looking for

Possess a Middle or Higher Grade Vocational Training qualification in Technical Specialties (Installation and Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, or related specialties). This is essential due to the high technical complexity of our products.

Have more than two years of previous experience performing pneumatic and hydraulic assembly work..., in industrial sector companies, capital goods manufacturing, or similar.

Knowledge in blueprint reading. Interpreting blueprints to perform pneumatic and hydraulic assembly work will be part of your day-to-day, so if you already have experience in this, you will adapt quickly to the position.

Nice to have

Experience in environments where Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement are present on a daily basis. At CAF, quality and continuous improvement are essential, so being familiar with these environments will be a great advantage.
