We are looking for a person for a FUO internship in People Management and Development. This is a position with the possibility of access to the company's career plan, where you will be able to collaborate, learn, and understand the concept and operations of different areas within the field of human resources.

What you'll do

Selection and recruitment:

  • Participate in drafting and publishing job vacancy offers, promoting them through recruitment channels.
  • Manage the recruitment ATS and the Candidate Portal.
  • Resume screening and application of recruitment methodologies.
  • Communication and feedback with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.
