We are looking for a person with judgment, ownership, and a high level of responsibility, capable of combining a global vision and area coordination with very direct involvement in execution. Someone who feels comfortable making decisions and organizing the team, but also opening an Excel, diving into the details of the numbers, and personally checking that everything balances.
We need a rigorous and reliable person who has control over important matters, raises their hand when a risk exists, and meets deadlines.
You could be the perfect person for this position if you have:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Management, or similar fields.
At least 4 years of experience in economic, administrative, or management responsibility roles in organizations of similar complexity.
Sufficiently solid experience with grants or public funding to understand not only the justification of a specific call but also how different funding sources impact and are articulated within an organization's global budget.
Advanced mastery of Excel/spreadsheets and economic and administrative management tools.
Ability to lead and coordinate people, organize priorities, and follow up.
That you feel comfortable in a very hands-on position, regularly working with Excel and large volumes of economic information and reviewing budgets, amounts, and allocations with a high level of detail.
Great rigor and attention to detail without losing agility: we are looking for someone meticulous with numbers, capable of detecting errors and ensuring everything balances, but also able to prioritize and move work forward.
Autonomy, judgment, and responsibility to make decisions within your scope and keep Management correctly informed.
It will be especially valued if you have worked in the third sector or in organizations with a significant weight of public funding, as well as experience in auditing, internal control, risk management, or knowledge of the third sector labor framework.

Gross annual salary of €32,808.79
Permanent contract.
At Candee, we are managing this position of Economic Management and Administration Manager for the Comissió Catalana d'Acció pel Refugi (CCAR).
Your main mission will be to guarantee solid, reliable, and sustainable economic, financial, and administrative management for CCAR, providing Management with the information and judgment necessary to make good decisions.
You will have a global vision of the area and responsibility for its coordination, but it will also be a very hands-on position. A very relevant part of your day-to-day will be linked to technical execution and review: working with Excel, reviewing data and amounts, controlling budgets and allocations, and ensuring that all economic information balances down to the last detail.
We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys both understanding the entity's global economic map and diving into the details of the numbers to ensure everything is correctly managed.
You will lead economic and budgetary planning, preparing the annual budget and performing its monitoring.
In addition to leadership, an important part of your day-to-day will be technical and detailed work with Excel: entering and reviewing data, checking amounts, analyzing budgets and allocations, and detecting possible errors or deviations.
You will supervise budgetary control, treasury, analytical accounting, and economic monitoring, coordinating with the management agency and other providers in the area and ensuring the correct accounting record and compliance with the entity's economic, fiscal, and financial obligations.
You will lead economic closings, annual accounts, and audit processes, guaranteeing the traceability and reliability of financial information.
You will prepare economic and financial reporting for Management, providing an analysis that helps anticipate deviations and make decisions.
You will play an especially important role in the economic and administrative planning and management of CCAR's various funding sources, including grants, agreements, tenders, contracts, and other funding avenues.
You will lead and coordinate the economic and administrative justification processes before funding bodies, ensuring compliance with their contractual, administrative, and documentary requirements.
You will coordinate the administrative team, helping to organize responsibilities, workloads, procedures, and internal circuits.
In a more transversal way, you will participate in the diversification of funding sources and the economic sustainability of CCAR, exploring avenues such as private funding, social base, or strategic alliances.
