  • Sampling of raw materials and components

    • Reception and entry of results into LIMS.
  • Support and assistance to QC laboratories

    • Reception of laboratory materials and reagents.
    • Review of certificates of analysis.
    • Handling of SAP.
  • Analysis of raw materials

    • Preparation of solutions.
    • Appearance/Identity (chemical and IR identities)
    • Titrations.
    • Osmolality.
    • Density.
    • Solubility.
    • Conductivity.
    • PH.
    • Gravimetric analyses.
    • General chemical analyses (Limit Test, Reducing substances, Easily carbonizable substances, etc...)
  • Physicochemical analysis of water (TOC, etc)

  • Correct documentation of all activities associated with the process, complying at all times with operating procedures and GMP regulations.

    • Document all activities performed during the testing/inspection process.
    • Execute the required activities in the section's laboratory management computer system.
    • Prepare, review, and propose modifications to SOPs, specifications, PTs, and Training Guides.
    • Perform the training required to carry out their duties and provide training to other analysts as appropriate.
    • Perform reviews of laboratory records for which they are qualified by reading or training. Initiate investigations of incident results or out-of-specification results following the system established at the plant.
