What will be your role?

As a Cybersecurity Service Coordinator, you will be part of a strategic cybersecurity service for a major healthcare sector client, coordinating security governance initiatives, SOC operations, and continuous service improvement.

This is a position that combines coordination and management activities with active involvement in the day-to-day service operations, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and various parties to ensure security objectives are met.

In your day-to-day:

  • You will coordinate the delivery of cybersecurity services and ensure compliance with established service levels.
  • You will participate in the management and operation of SOC services, collaborating with technical teams on the analysis and monitoring of security incidents.
  • You will drive initiatives related to Security Governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • You will define and monitor service indicators, security metrics, and KPIs.
  • You will prepare executive reports, dashboards, and documentation aimed at different organizational levels.
  • You will coordinate cybersecurity projects and initiatives, ensuring their proper planning and execution.
  • You will contribute to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks.
  • You will work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate security into technological processes and services.
  • You will support audits, compliance reviews, and activities related to security frameworks.
  • You will participate in the 24x7 on-call service according to the established schedule.

Mandatory requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity projects or services.

  • Fluent Catalan (essential).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model with presence at the client's offices in Barcelona two days per week.
  • Availability to participate in the 24x7 on-call service, approximately one week per month.
  • Experience coordinating teams and cybersecurity projects.
  • Experience in SOC management and operations.
  • Experience in Security Governance, risk management, and the definition of security processes and service indicators.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business profiles.
  • Hold at least two active cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, Security+, GIAC/SANS, or equivalent).
