What you'll do

We are looking for a Life Cycle Support Engineer for- the naval sector in the city of Cartagena (Murcia), on-site to support the program through coordination activities, document management, process monitoring and communication among the various organizations involved, ensuring control of documentation, procedures, risks and compliance with the milestones established in the program.

  • Preparation of reports, dashboards, indicators, presentations, and minutes.
  • Preparation, review, updating, and management of technical and management documentation.
  • Registration, distribution, and monitoring of official communications and authorized documentation.
  • Updating and maintenance of documentation in Windchill.
  • Coordination of information inputs and outputs between participating organizations.
  • Management and monitoring of physical and digital access requests.
  • Coordination of internal program communications.
  • Monitoring of training needs, permits, and office infrastructure resources.
  • Preparation and updating of procedures and process flowcharts.
  • Preparation, monitoring, and control of program risks.
  • Updating of minutes, reports, and documentation associated with risk management.
