Electrical Wiring Engineer

• Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent degree.
• Experience in the development of electrical systems, wiring, or automotive components.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture and electrical distribution systems.
• Experience in technical project management and coordination of engineering activities.
• Ability to work with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams in international environments.
• Experience in analysis and resolution of technical problems.
• English level B2 or higher.

The following will be especially valued

• Previous experience in automotive manufacturers or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Knowledge of industrialization and manufacturing processes for electrical systems.
• Experience in project monitoring under Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives.
• Ability to lead technical activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Orientation towards continuous improvement and optimization of product and process.

We are looking to hire an Electrical Wiring Engineer to participate in automotive sector projects, contributing to the development, validation, industrialization, and series production monitoring of vehicle electrical and wiring systems. The position offers the opportunity to work in international environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the development of new technological solutions for the automotive industry.

• Development and validation of electrical wiring systems and associated components for vehicles.
• Definition and management of technical documentation and engineering specifications.
• Analysis and resolution of technical incidents, guaranteeing the robustness and reliability of the implemented solutions.
• Coordination with national and international engineering teams to ensure the technical and economic convergence of projects.
• Technical monitoring of suppliers and validation of compliance with quality, cost, and planning requirements.
• Technical support during the development, industrialization, and series production phases of the product.
• Collaboration with manufacturing plants for incident resolution and continuous improvement of processes and products.
• Participation in the technical evolution of electrical architectures and vehicle wiring systems.
