Operation Shift Leader

You will be working in an in-house managed service where we are looking for a coordinator to join an operation and support service for a major operator, specializing in various IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, security, transport and/or mobile networks services.

You will be oriented towards leading the SNOC operation during your shift and you will ensure the correct management of incidents that may affect the service. Being the operational point of reference for the shift, you will coordinate priorities, technical teams, escalations, and communications. In this way, you will be coordinating L1 and L2 teams, and escalating to L3, Engineering, or vendors when necessary; furthermore, in the event of critical incidents, you will assume coordination until service restoration.

To feel comfortable in the position, it is necessary that you have experience as a shift lead in NOC, SNOC, Network Operations, telecommunications, ISP, or Managed Network Services, performing coordination functions for different technical teams during incidents, prioritizing and making decisions under pressure, etc.

You will need to have knowledge and experience in multivendor environments, with IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, security, transport, or mobile networks, acting as the link between technical teams, service managers, and other stakeholders, etc.

Additionally, you will be working in an international environment, so you must feel comfortable working in English.

Finally, you will have a work model associated with a 24x7 SNOC operation, with availability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays according to the established calendar.
