What we're looking for

- Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Consolidated experience in industrial environments, performing similar functions in the management and development of electrical projects.

- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical installations, automation, PLC, and low voltage electrical regulations.

- Ability to interpret and develop electrical diagrams and technical documentation.

- Experience coordinating external companies, industrial assemblies, and the commissioning of installations.

- Proactive, problem-solving profile with the capacity to provide technical leadership for projects.

Nice to have

Experience in the food or meat industry is highly valued.

The role

At weRfoods, we are looking to hire an Electrical Engineer for our Group's Engineering Department.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in industrial environments, capable of providing technical leadership for projects, contributing judgment in decision-making, and becoming a reference figure within the electrical area.

Lead and develop industrial electrical projects, guaranteeing the reliability of the installations, driving technical improvements, and ensuring the correct execution of electrical actions in our production plants.

What you'll do

- Lead the development and monitoring of industrial electrical projects, from technical definition to commissioning.

- Coordinate and supervise installation companies and external providers, guaranteeing quality and execution deadlines.

- Analyze, design, and optimize electrical installations aimed at improving the efficiency, safety, and productivity of the plant.

- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, providing robust and sustainable technical solutions.

- Actively participate in automation projects, process improvement, and facility modernization.

- Review, validate, and keep technical documentation, plans, and electrical diagrams up to date.

- Collaborate with the Production, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to ensure the correct functioning of equipment and installations.

- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and established safety standards.
