What we're looking for
- Experience in the administration and support of SDN environments and networks.
- Knowledge of routing, MAC/ARP tables, traffic captures, and incident analysis.
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (Remedy or similar).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incidents, Changes, and Problems).
- Analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
- Accustomed to working in critical and high-availability environments.

The role
Do you have experience as an SDN NETWORK Operations Engineer (Nokia) and are you looking for a change?
We are looking for a profile to join an ideal telecommunications sector project located in Madrid.

What you'll do
- Resolve SDN N2 incidents through the analysis of alarms, logs, and network traffic.
- Correlate events, changes, and service impact to identify causes and priorities.
- Manage critical incidents, gathering evidence and performing escalations when appropriate.
- Monitor infrastructure to guarantee availability and redundancy.
- Participate in changes, maintenance, and recovery from service outages.
- Keep technical documentation, procedures, and network diagrams updated.
