Senior Telecommunications or Electronics Engineer

• Experience in the development and implementation of electronic designs that will form part of radars or airborne equipment.
• Knowledge in complex Analog/RF/Digital Electronics, Firmware, Software, Reliability, Component Engineering, and Configuration Control.
• Experience in component selection and PCB routing optimization to meet functional, environmental qualification, and EMI/EMC requirements.
• Knowledge of military use standard regulations.
• Analytical capacity and orientation toward solving complex problems.
• Ability to manage requirements traceability, from customer specification to units/modules, generation of compliance matrices, generation of internal specifications, and preparation of test, verification, and validation procedures (preferably in DOORS).
• High level of English for participation in technical meetings, integration activities with the client, and for the generation of documentation.

💡 What will you do?

• Manage and coordinate the design/development/integration/qualification/certification of electronic systems integrated into airborne platforms.
• Analyze technical requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of HW, FW, SW, Safety/Reliability, and Component Engineering.
• Resolve complex technical incidents and problems.
• Prepare technical and design documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in the integration, validation, and improvement activities of the developed systems.

We want to recruit a Telecommunications or Electronics Engineer with at least 7-8 years of experience in electronic design to participate in the development of next-generation airborne radar systems, contributing to reliable, innovative, and high technological value solutions.
