Here you can reinvent what is possible. Join us and help the world's leading organizations discover the value of technology and build a more sustainable and inclusive world.

We are looking for a Product Owner Marketing & Sales with 6 to 10 years of professional experience, and at least 2-3 years as a Product Owner, with fluency in English and Spanish, for a project in Madrid (hybrid). As part of this role, you will help the SmartSales team evolve not only in what is built, but also in how it is built, using data, automation, agile practices, and AI-enabled collaboration to improve delivery quality, predictability, and speed. The position will focus on SmartSales, a strategic platform that supports sales processes across different countries. You will work closely with business owners, national stakeholders, UX, architecture, engineering, QA, SRE, and delivery teams to define product outcomes, prioritize the roadmap, and drive initiatives from discovery to production. As a Product Owner, you will help the team identify where AI agents and automation can improve the product lifecycle, including backlog refinement, user story quality, acceptance criteria, test coverage, documentation, launch readiness, and service improvement. Additionally, you will operate in an international context, coordinating needs and priorities across Europe and Latin America.

What you'll do

  • Own, refine, and prioritize the SmartSales product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value, country needs, technical enablers, and delivery capacity.
  • Translate business requirements, opportunities, and discovery outcomes into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable product outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Scrum Master, Engineering, QA, SRE, Architecture, UX, and Business to ensure high-quality agile delivery from discovery to implementation.
  • Contribute to integrating AI agents and AI-assisted practices into the software development lifecycle, identifying practical use cases that improve team productivity, quality, traceability, and efficiency.
  • Support the definition of roadmaps, prioritization, release planning, stakeholder communication, and transparent reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Promote platform ownership, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a product mindset focused on customer impact, business results, and sustainable delivery.

Your profile

To feel comfortable in the role, you would need experience in:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, digital products, business analysis, or product ownership.
  • Proven experience working as a Product Owner in agile software delivery teams.
  • Solid experience defining requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and product increments.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, expectations, dependencies, and priorities across business and technology teams.
  • Good knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle, agile methodologies, quality practices, version management, and operational support.
  • Interest and practical exposure to AI-assisted delivery, generative AI tools, automation, or AI agents applied to product or software development activities.
  • Ability to understand technical trade-offs, architectural constraints, APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, CRM, order intake, commercial platforms, or business partner roles.
  • Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, generative AI assistants, agentic workflows, test automation, backlog assistance, or documentation automation.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to communicate clearly in an international environment.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams across different countries and business units.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity about new technologies and the ability to identify practical AI-enabled improvements in daily delivery.

We value all applications and offer on-site, online, and certified training. Even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements, we want to meet you!
