The role

We are looking for a professional with experience in telecommunications operations and incident management to join the Shared Infrastructures team. The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive management of incidents and activities related to shared infrastructures, ensuring their correct classification, monitoring, and resolution through coordination with operators, providers, and involved third parties.

What you'll do

The role requires a strong focus on operational follow-up (ownership), ensuring the traceability of actions, SLA compliance, escalation management, and operational continuity. Likewise, they will participate in PMO activities associated with the preventive maintenance of ATE, coordinating information and supervising the evolution of projects.
