Generative AI Artist - AI Filmmaker

The Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Artist & Filmmaker who lives at the intersection of art and code. You are not just a prompt engineer; you are a visual storyteller who understands lighting, composition, and editing, but uses neural networks as your camera.

In this role, you will lead the creation of AI-generated video content, moving beyond "uncanny valley" demos into polished, narrative-driven, broadcast-quality assets. You will experiment with the latest models, build custom workflows, and integrate AI outputs into traditional post-production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept to Creation: Translate creative briefs into stunning AI-generated imagery and video using tools like Midjourney, Runway, Luma, and Stable Diffusion.
  

• Workflow Architecture: Design and maintain complex workflows in ComfyUI to solve specific visual problems, such as character consistency, temporal stability, and specific artistic style transfer.
  

• Motion & Video Synthesis: Generate high-quality video clips, handling img2vid, text2vid, and video-to-video style transfer.
  

• Post-Production Integration: Take raw AI outputs and refine them using traditional tools (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) for upscaling, frame interpolation, color grading, and compositing.
  

• R&D: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI developments. Test new models, LoRAs, and ControlNets daily to keep our studio ahead of the curve.
  

What You Bring

• Mastery of Gen AI Video: Deep experience with Runway (Gen-2/3), Pika, Luma Dream Machine, or Kling.
  

• Stable Diffusion Expertise: Proficiency in ComfyUI. You understand ControlNet, IP-Adapter, AnimateDiff, and LoRA training.
  

• A Cinematic Eye: You understand the language of film-focal lengths, shutter angles, three-point lighting, and shot composition. You know why an image looks good.
  

• Traditional Post Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or VFX toolset like Nuke. You know how to fix AI "hallucinations" in post.
  

• Problem Solving: You don't give up when a prompt fails; you iterate, refine, and engineer a solution.
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or Blender for blocking out scenes (3D-to-AI workflows).
  

• Basic Python knowledge for script automation or tweaking local installations.
  

• Experience with AI Voice/Audio tools (ElevenLabs, Udio, Suno).
  

• A background in traditional VFX or Motion Graphics.
