Join our team! At Carrefour, we are looking to hire an International Textile Purchasing Intern to join our Headquarters in Alcobendas within the Merchandising area.
What will your main functions be during the internship?
Assortment Definition: Collaborate alongside the product manager in defining the optimal assortment for the managed categories, oriented towards achieving sales, image, and profitability objectives.
Analysis and Innovation: Continuously review the product range to ensure criteria of innovation, differentiation, and competitiveness in the market.
Process Monitoring: Analyze the complete traceability of the process of incorporating new products into the catalog.
Commercial Negotiation: Support the product manager in contact and commercial negotiation with international suppliers.
Academic training: Students of a Bachelor's/Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Commerce, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related degrees.
Languages: Minimum B2 level of English.
Knowledge and competencies:
Previous knowledge or interest in fashion management / textile sector is valued.
Analytical capacity, commercial vision, and proactivity.
Availability to work full-time (08:00 to 17:00 h).
