• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in positions related to purchasing, product, retail, or fashion

• Interest in and knowledge of fashion trends, especially regarding emerging brands oriented toward a youth audience

• High level of English to interact with suppliers and international environments

• Advanced proficiency in Office tools

• Availability to travel nationally and internationally

• Negotiation, analysis, and results-oriented skills

If you are passionate about fashion, trends, and the development of new brands, this is an excellent opportunity to join the Purchasing department. In this position, you will collaborate in the management and evolution of the external brands assortment, contributing to identifying new business opportunities and optimizing collection performance. You will work in close collaboration with suppliers, stores, and internal teams, providing market vision and product sensitivity to guarantee an offering aligned with our customers' needs.

Main duties and requirements.

• Collaborate in the search, selection, and development of new brands and products aligned with the area's commercial strategy

• Negotiate the best commercial conditions with suppliers, guaranteeing the quality, competitiveness, and profitability of the collections

• Participate in the creation and development of the assortment alongside the Buyer, ensuring its adequacy to market trends and needs

• Perform daily sales monitoring, analyzing indicators and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions

• Supervise and control product samples, preparing the necessary documentation for their presentation, validation, and follow-up

• Manage implementation and replenishment orders, ensuring correct compliance with established deadlines and standards

• Perform supplier follow-up, evaluating deliveries, product quality, and compliance with agreed commitments

• Prepare product sheets, coding templates, and associated documentation, guaranteeing the correct upload and maintenance of information in the systems

• Collaborate in the preparation of promotions and commercial signage, ensuring their correct implementation

• Analyze fashion trends, competitors, and market behavior, staying up to date with new brands and industry benchmarks

• Maintain constant communication with stores and commercial managers, performing periodic visits to understand business needs
