Textile Buyer

We are looking for a person with experience in buying within the textile sector, an analytical profile, business orientation, and the ability to manage supplier relationships, combining strategic vision and sensitivity for the product.

Main duties and requirements.

- Previous experience as a Buyer in the textile sector.

- Minimum of approximately 2 years of experience in similar roles.

- Advanced level of English.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and support commercial decision-making.

- Experience in supplier management and negotiation.

- Strategic vision and business orientation.

- Interest in the product and sensitivity to fashion trends.

You will be part of the Cotton Juice (MP) team, participating in a strategic category within the pajamas, underwear, and hosiery area. You will join a multidisciplinary environment where you will work closely with the Design, Planning, and Merchandising teams to define and develop collections aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

You will have a key role in the integral management of the category, participating in the definition of buying strategies, product development, negotiation with suppliers, and the analysis of commercial results. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the creation and approval of collections, ensuring a competitive, profitable, and attractive offering for our customers.

- Manage the commercial offering of the category, participating in the definition of purchasing strategies.

- Collaborate in negotiations with current and potential suppliers, ensuring the best commercial terms.

- Develop and consolidate the supplier portfolio.

- Participate in product creation and definition of the category assortment alongside the Design team.

- Set prices and delivery times for products.

- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage continuity stock and track merchandise.

- Participate in the development, presentation, and approval of collections.
