What we're looking for
- Must hold one of the following qualifications:
-Vocational Training in Nursing Assistant Care (formerly Clinical Assistant Technician, Psychiatry Assistant Technician or Nursing Assistant Technician)
-Advanced Vocational Training in Care for Persons in Situations of Dependency (formerly Social Healthcare Assistant)
-Professional Certificate in Social Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions
-Professional Certificate in Social Healthcare for Dependent Persons at Home (formerly the Home Care Assistant occupational certificate)
Nice to have
- Availability for immediate start.
- Specific training in geriatrics.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Having a driver's license and own vehicle is highly valued.

Caser Residencial wants to incorporate into its team a Home Care Assistant in the Carabanchel area (Opañel metro) that offers all types of services for the elderly.
Reporting directly to the Caser Cuidados Coordination in Madrid, your mission will be the direct care of users in performing activities of daily living in which they require support, depending on their degree of dependency, as well as personal care and care for their environment.
What you'll do
Their main responsibilities include:
- Personal care (personal hygiene and basic care for incontinent users).
- Home care (general household maintenance for dependent users and support with meal preparation).
- Family and environment support (companionship, running errands outside the home, promoting healthy habits and entertainment).
