Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a Cook into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our care center in Mediona, Barcelona.
Reporting directly to the head chef/general services manager, your mission will be to prepare and elaborate the center's daily menus, ensuring quality, food safety, and the adaptation of diets and textures to the needs of the residents.
What you'll do
Among your main responsibilities are:
- Prepare menus following nutritional and sanitary guidelines.
- Adapt textures according to instructions (pureed, semi-solid).
- Guarantee hygiene in food handling.
- Manage orders and product stock.
- Coordinate kitchen assistant staff.
Key skills
- Knowledge of food safety (HACCP).
- Organization and efficiency.
- Respectful treatment towards residents and the team.
