Managing Director – Corporate Finance

10+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
Experience leading complete company sale and purchase processes.
Demonstrated track record of closed transactions, especially in the mid-market segment.
Solid knowledge of business valuation and financial modeling.
Experience in negotiating transaction terms and SPA contracts.
Consolidated relationships with Private Equity funds, Family Offices, investors, and strategic buyers.
Demonstrated ability to originate mandates and generate own deal flow on a recurring basis.
Consolidated network of contacts including entrepreneurs, CEOs, shareholders, funds, investors, and influencers, especially in Madrid.
Experience marketing M&A and Corporate Finance services.
Previous experience in leadership positions: Director, Executive Director, Managing Director, Partner, or equivalent.
Ability to lead an office, develop business, and assume responsibility for growth and profitability.
High capacity for leadership, negotiation, networking, and senior client management.
Entrepreneurial, commercial, and strategic mindset, with a clear orientation toward results.

At Catenon Levante, we are working on a very interesting project to recruit a Managing Director to lead the development and consolidation of an office for a firm specializing in Corporate Finance and M&A, with a focus on advising entrepreneurs, shareholders, investment funds, and investors in corporate transactions.

We are looking for a senior profile, with a strong commercial character and entrepreneurial mindset, who wants to take on the challenge of developing business, generating their own deal flow, and progressively leading the growth of the Madrid office.

Lead the growth, positioning, and profitability of the office.
Originate new M&A and Corporate Finance mandates.
Lead company sale and purchase operations, financing, and investor searches.
Develop long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, CEOs, shareholders, Private Equity funds, and Family Offices.
Lead negotiations with clients, investors, and buyers.
Progressively build and develop the Madrid team.
