About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our M&A & Private Equity team, a rapidly growing practice that combines strategy, transformation, and investment to help organizations make more impactful decisions.

You will work alongside executive teams, investors, and leading companies, supporting growth initiatives, entry into new markets, investment opportunity assessments, commercial and operational due diligence, value creation, and post-transaction integration. More than a traditional M&A practice, we are a team focused on identifying where value lies, how to capture it, and how to turn strategic decisions into tangible results.

This is an opportunity to lead high-visibility projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and be part of a team that has experienced extraordinary growth in recent years, combining the rigor of strategic consulting with Accenture's distinctive capabilities in transformation, technology, and artificial intelligence.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy, growth, value creation, and transformation projects for clients across different industries, supporting critical investment and business development decisions.

• Direct market, sector, trend, and target company analyses, turning quantitative and qualitative information into strategic recommendations for executive teams and investors.

• Lead commercial and operational due diligence processes, identifying growth, optimization, and value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Design and present executive recommendations to Management Committees, C-Level teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring that strategy translates into tangible action plans and business results.

What we're looking for

Essential Requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, strategic transaction advisory, value creation, or business transformation.

  • Track record of leading complex corporate strategy, growth, market analysis, investment opportunity assessment, and value creation projects for top-tier clients.

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with C-Level stakeholders, Management Committees, Investment Committees, and executive teams.

  • Experience in projects related to the strategic transaction lifecycle, including opportunity identification, market analysis, commercial and operational due diligence, value creation planning, and post-transaction integration.

  • Ability to structure complex business problems, develop strategic hypotheses, and turn quantitative and qualitative analyses into high-impact executive recommendations.

  • Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic materials for decision-making bodies.

  • English at C1 level or above.

  • Spanish at C1 level or above.
