The role

Corporate Development

What you'll do

  • Investment analysis including building financial valuation models as well as business plans, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and constructing business cases and financial impact analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as required to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and update of Group's multi annual strategic business plan.
  • Liaise with internal business units and construct detailed business plans to analyse and present organic growth opportunities.
  • Present analysis and prepare presentations for the Management of the Group.
  • Assist in the preparation of reporting materials for shareholder.
  • Supporting the assessment and execution of selected M&A opportunities, working alongside internal teams and external advisors on valuation analyses, due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
  • Supporting selected corporate finance projects, including review of financing arrangements and participation in financing initiatives.
