What will your role be?  

Working within the Mobility area, you will be responsible for defining and managing the operational needs and improvements of Trade Marketing to streamline and optimize processes, providing cross-functional support, ensuring the correct execution of communications and commercial plans, managing PLV materials, as well as the efficient budget management of the entire area.

Why is this the perfect role for you?

• Operational management of the Mobility Commercial Plan at service stations:
• Design, Development, Execution and Management of the Excel or Digital Tool "Robin", including the definition of production needs and distribution criteria for each commercial plan based on the segmentations of each business and promotion.
• Coordinate, Develop and Manage the new Digital Tool "Robin" and the transfer of criteria and needs.
• Resolve Trade incidents in coordination with the areas involved (SAC Dealer, Mkt and TM Manager and Network).

Analytical Support for Promotions:

• Prepare data and approaches for Business Cases together with the Mkt and TM Manager.
• Design and Update the dashboards and KPIs of the department's actions and pilots, in coordination with the Mkt Managers.

Invoicing, Monitoring and Budget Control:

• Provide support in maintaining the investment budget Excel for Mkt New Commerce and Trade Marketing, ensuring that it is updated every month with the corresponding status in alignment with all areas of the department.
• Execute and Manage contracts and orders for suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Gate Keeper:

• Define, Coordinate, Manage, Execute and monitor the Communications Strategy and Process with service stations.
• Plan, Design and Coordinate communications to service stations with stakeholders.
• Define, Coordinate and manage the new communication strategy through the new Digital Tool "Robin".

Operational management of permanent support and PLV material stock:  

• Coordinate, Manage and Optimize the logistics process and stock of PLV, Permanent Materials and Merchandise with the external logistics provider and network teams, ensuring that all service stations have the appropriate elements available and implemented.

Who are we looking for?  

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.
• 5 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or commercial management control departments, preferably with knowledge of the service station business.
• Mandatory requirement: expert level in Excel with proven experience in handling databases and formulas.
• Advanced knowledge of the rest of Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint,...)
• Willingness to travel.

It would be ideal if you also have:

• Driver's license.
• Plus: High level of English (C1).
• Training in AI is highly valued.

¿Cuál será tu rol?  

Integrado/a en el área de Mobility, serás responsable de definir y gestionar las necesidades y mejoras operativas de Trade Marketing para agilizar y optimizar procesos, ofreciendo apoyo transversal,  asegurando la correcta ejecución de las comunicaciones, planes comerciales y la gestión de los materiales PLV así como la eficiente gestión presupuestaria de todo el área.

• Gestión operativa del Plan Comercial Mobility en EESS:
• Diseño, Desarrollo, Ejecución y Gestión del excel o Herramienta Digital "Robin" con la definición de las necesidades de producción y criterios de distribución de cada plan comercial en función de las segmentaciones de cada negocio y promoción.
• Coordinar, Desarrollar y Gestionar la nueva Herramienta Digital "Robin" y el traspaso de criterios y necesidades.
• Resolver las incidencias de Trade en coordinación con las areas implicadas (SAC Dealer, Mkt y TM Manager y Red).

Soporte Análitico de Promociones:

• Preparar junto el Mkt y TM Manager los datos y planteamientos de los Business Cases
• Diseñar y Actualizar los cuadros de Mando y KPIs de las acciones y pilotos del departamento, en coordinación con los Mkt Managers.

Facturación, Seguimiento y Control Presupuestario:

• Dar soporte en  mantenimiento el excel de presupuesto de inversiones de Mkt New Commerce y Trade Marketing, asegurando que todos los meses esta actualizado con el status correspondiente en alineación con todas las areas del departamento.
• Ejecutar y Gestionar los contratos y Pedidos de Proveedores y stakeholders internos.

Gate Keeper:

•  Definir, Coordinar, Gestionar, Ejecutar y hacer segumiento de la Estrategia y Proceso de Comunicaciones con las EESS
• Planificar, Diseñar y Coordinar las comunicaciones a EESS con los stakeholders.
• Definir, Coordinar y gestionar la nueva estrategia de comunicación a través de la nueva Herramienta Digital "Robin".

Gestión operativa de Stock de soportes y material PLV permanente:  

• Coordinar, Gestionar y Optimizar proceso logístico y stock de PLV, Materiales Permanentes y Merchand con el proveedor externo logístico y equipos de red, asegurando que todas EESS disponen de los elementos adecuados e implantados.

¿A quién estamos buscando?  

• Titulación universitaria en ADE, Marketing o similares.
• Experiencia de 5 años en departamentos de Marketing, Trade Marketing y/o Control de gestión comercial preferiblemente conocimiento del negocio de Estaciones de Servicio.
• Requisito imprescindible nivel experto de excel con experiencia demostrada en manejo de BBDD y formulación.
• Conocimientos avanzados del resto de herramientas Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint,...)
• Disponibilidad para viajar.

Sería ideal si además:

• Carnet de conducir.
• Plus, Alto nivel de inglés (C1).
• Muy valorable formación en IA.
