Customer Service Representative Eneco

For us, you really don't need years of customer service experience. We consider it much more important that you communicate easily, enjoy working with people, and are eager to become part of our team in Spain.

We are looking for someone who:

• speaks and writes Dutch fluently;

• is available for at least 24 hours per week;

• lives in Málaga or is open to moving to Málaga;

• enjoys talking to people and helping others;

• picks up new systems easily;

• enjoys working together with colleagues in the office.

Experience in customer service? That's a nice bonus. No experience yet, but the right motivation? Then we would love to hear from you just as much.

Working and living in Málaga
You work from our office in Málaga center, together with a Dutch-speaking team.

Finished at 16:00
You work Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. No evenings, therefore — those are for yourself.

24 to 40 hours per week
Whether you want to work four days or prefer to go full-time: there are various possibilities.
Salary and bonuses
A salary of 11.85 per hour and a bonus of up to 10% on your monthly salary for good performance.

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative - Málaga ☀

For our team in Málaga, we are looking for Dutch-speaking customer service representatives. You live and work in Spain, have contact with Dutch customers during the day, and are finished every day at 16:00. Plenty of time, therefore, to head to the beach, go exercising, or explore the city with your colleagues after work.

You will join Change CX and help Dutch customers of one of our clients from our office.

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers who call with a question. For example, you guide new customers who are signing up, people who want to renew their contract, or someone who is considering cancelling.

You will mainly have telephone contact with Dutch customers. Every call is different, and that makes your work varied. You listen carefully and quickly recognize what someone needs and which Eneco solution fits best. Because you know exactly what Eneco can do for the customer, you genuinely help them move forward and make sure they hang up satisfied.

And don't worry if you don't yet know everything about the client or the services. Before you start, you will receive extensive training in which we teach you everything you need to know.

Laptop closed at 16:00. And after that?

Head to the beach, play sports, grab a terrace in the city centre, or simply enjoy the Spanish sun. The next morning you walk back into the office and help Dutch customers again.
